We gather for Meeting for Worship at 26 Benvenue Street, Wellesley, MA every First Day at 10:30 am. Wellesley Friends come together from many towns in the Greater Boston area. We worship together in a community that welcomes all ages, backgrounds, gender identities and orientations.

First Day SchoolSunday, March 17th - 10:20am Our next in-person First Day School gathering will be on Sunday, March 17th. Infant, toddler, and elementary-aged children are welcome in the Nursery room, second floor, to the left at the head of the stairs. Our First Day School session will last from 10:20 AM until the rise of Meeting. The theme for this class will be Love and Giving.
What to expect at Meeting for Worship on First Day. We practice what we call waiting worship - in which we expectantly wait together in silence to become aware of the Spirit's movement within our hearts, teaching and guiding us. Sometimes people are moved to share that inspiration with the whole group as a spoken message. In person at the Meetinghouse, a Friend at the door will greet you and invite you to take a seat in the Meetinghouse. Online you will be admitted to the virtual worship space, which includes Friends in the Meetinghouse. After an hour, the greeter invites Friends to share joys and sorrows, introduce themselves, and hear general announcements. We gather after worship for coffee and fellowship.
