| Wellesley Friends Meeting is an unprogrammed meeting which means that there is no minister leading the worship service. Our worship is based on the principle that the Light of God lives within each of us. We sit together in silence listening to the Spirit within and among us. Meeting for Worship is central to the life of the Meeting. | Sometimes one of us will feel profoundly moved and speak out of the silence. We don't come to Meeting with the intent to speak, nor determined to remain silent. As seekers, we strive to remain open to the Spirit individually and corporately. |
Join us each Sunday at 10am. Our children worship with us until 10:15am when they quietly leave Meeting and go to their First Day (Sunday) School classes during the school year and to supervised play in the summer. Childcare is available for infants and toddlers throughout the year.
